Ordering

The quickest way to order is online as all shipping and applicable taxes (if any) are pre-calculated. If you prefer a real person, we understand and will be happy to take your information over the phone. We cannot process orders that are phone messsages or given via an e-mail because they are not secure. We are very interested in selling Greenbug products at retail establishments near you. If you know of a potential retailer, please emial us their information and we'll see if we can make it easier for you to get Greenbug right away.

Returns and Replacements

If you are not satisfied with any Greenbug products, you may return unused portion for a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery Procedures

Greenbug All Natural Pest Control Products ship via standard UPS Ground rates. All products are shipped from our offices in Beaufort, SC and delivery times are determined by UPS. On occasion, orders of one or two Greenbug for People 2 ounce spritzers will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

We understand if you have pests like bed bugs, fleas, mosquitoes, etc., you want to take care of them as quickly as possible so orders will be shipped as soon as possible - certainly within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise noted). At an additional charge, orders can be expedited for quicker delivery upon customer request however, not all products may be available for expedited shipping. It is absolutely necessary to give a physical location address for delivery as UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.

Shipping Confirmation Emails:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order has been shipped. UPS tracking information will be included and you may log on to UPS.com, enter your tracking number and get detailed information about anticipated delivery time. Please allow 3 – 7 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive.

Delivering Your Package:
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays but are working on it. Once again, ticks, head lice, roaches and fire ants don't take vacations! Packages can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii as well as internationally.

Multiple Addresses:
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.

For example, we may use third parties to host the Site; operate various features available on the Site; send emails; analyze data; provide search results and links and assist in fulfilling your orders.

Children's Privacy and Parental Controls:
We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 18 or older, you are not authorized to use the Site - even if you have aggravating pests. Sorry kids - get Mom or Dad to help you on this one.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy for the Site, we will post the revised Privacy Policy here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we may disclose it to anyone.
